Popo the Monkey reckons:
Parma here was okay, but a bit on the pricey side. The parma was on an average size, slightly small for the price you pay. Chicken was of a good quality, though not as moist and tender as you'd like. The topping used a pretty nice cheese, although I couldn't pick it. Unfortunately, they went too light on the nap sauce and DIDN'T provide a slice of ham. 2 points were docked for that. On the plus side, they put some pretty nice chives with the cheese, so not too bad. Chips were of a pretty good quality. Nice and golden brown, and seasoned with salt. The quantity, though, left a lot to be desired. A parma eater is not going to settle for an under-average serving of chips! The salad gets a 0. I'm quite disgusted actually - see the attached pic. Just some carrot sliced up and one piece of broccoli. For such a classy establishment, I expected a little bit more in the salad department, to be honest. I subtracted one bonus point for this reason too. Overall, worth trying, although I'm sure that it wouldn't be too hard to find a better parma joint in Canberra.
