  this was a pretty average parma, the size and thickness really werent there, and i'd probably say it was borderline over cooked. the tomato in the topping was great but was reeeally overpowered by the slab of almost but not quite fully melted cheese. the chips weren't particularly hot or fresh, and the salad, while plentiful, was pretty low on flavour.. all in all i'll probably opt for the steak next time i drop in there (even if goldrush sauce isnt available anymore)
