  Dwayne Pipe reckons:

  Parma looked good, but was burnt on both sides, after sending it back I had one that was undercooked, third time lucky and after being very disappointed and after a round of free pots for the inconvenience they finally got it right the third time. Won't go back here again in a hurry!
