    Chicken size was great, perfect amount and size and best of all it was a real fillet unlike those processed foods. the meat was juicy and succulent however lost points for the fact that it was only warm, not a steaming hot parma which i expect. topping was ok, just not enough of the good stuff and the cheese wasn't melted and flowing. almost as if it had been sitting out a while. the quantity of chips were good however once again they were cold was was a real upset. i loved the idea of a coleslaw for salad however one that has no flavor is just disappointing. expect more quality for price.

    You know it's a great parma when the first bite is as good as the last. Unfortunately that wasn't the case here. This attractive bird lost its sex appeal after a while. I appreciate the effort with the chips, but take a look at my second photo... not good enough. I understand ratings are opinion based, but how can people give this 100% plus a bonus point?! Salad was OK, nothing special. Not enough chips, regardless of quality. Maybe I'm cynical, but I expected better.

    What a great experience, we went here after the tennis late last week and all had parmas. Everyone's parma was the same, fresh, thick, hot, juicy and the veggies were amazingly and suprisingly yummy. Those that had chips and salad said they were great also.

    This is an exceptional parma but falls just short of being the best on the inconsistent size. I know you get that with a free range breast but it was WAY too inconsistent amongst our table. Other than the size issue - brilliant and no other complaints from any of the components.

    GREAT meal, the parmigiana was hot, thick, moist and fresh and the crumbing was lightly herby and kind of crunchy which was really nice. The sauce was rich and seasoned. I like the fact that the cheese was thoroughly cooked through.

    One hell of a meal. YES i was one of the five and have decided to submit my first ever review which this parma is worthy of. Thick breast, great crumb and topping and i particularly loved the hand cut chips and the salad was different to everywhere else which got the bonus point. Very Very good

    Yes i had the pleasure and privilege of dining with Deeds - the master parma rater and could not agree with his sentiments more (for once). Great location of a pub and they have got the parma gig totally mastered. An absolute beauty, being a man of few words I would just like to say - do yourselves a favour.

    My first trip to the Duke after hearing so much about their parmas and it was without doubt the BEST parma Ive ever had. There were 5 of us and everyones option was the same and that was that this is the BEST parma in VIC. Get yourselves there and give it a try. I have encouraged the others to submit a review as I normally do it on their behalf as a single review. WELL DONE to the Duke.

    Well well well, what have we got here? An incredible parma that's what. Beautifully thick succulent breast, quality toppings and a wingspan Michael Jordan would be proud of. Accompanying the parma were quality genuine hand cut chips and a freshly made coleslaw! And a cutlery and condiment caddy just to make things that much more appealing. For mine the only real down point was a slight lack of crisp to the hand cut chips (not undercooked by any means just needed that little bit of crisp to get full marks). The coleslaw was fresh and delicious but I pegged it back a point due to my preference of the regular salad variety but for coleslaw fans I'd be giving it an A+. Located just down the road from Flinders St Station I have no doubt I'll be back for this poultry perfection.
