    Popo the Monkey reckons:

Today, the parma was so good that I NEEDED to take pictures before eating it down. Price was $20, not a special. The chicken breast was quite large, but unfortunately very thin. However, I can't stress how above average this chicken breast was. The quality was above average too, not as juicy as the one I had at the Brandon hotel, but still pretty good quality nevertheless. The topping was good, there wasn't too much sauce but taste wasn't compromised. Did they use tomato paste with herbs? I don't think so though... The cheese was good quality cheese, and just the right amount layered on. It didn't overpower the ... bacon! Yes, Bacon! strips that they put on it. It was just right, added a bit of juiciness to the dish. Dried herbs was sprinkled sparingly across the cheese to garnish, very nice! The chicken breast stayed crunchy throughout the meal too, very good. Chips were very good. They were salted, cruchy, fried well, fresh, and just right! No complaints here. Salad was pretty good as well, there was a nice dressing which didn't drown the salad. Vegetables in the salad included: Shaved carrot, tomato slices, spinach leaves, rocket, cucumber, and red onion. Very very good. I gave this parma a +1 ... a well deserved +1 too I might add. Despite the price, the quality and quantity is all there. If i had to nitpick, there are only a couple of ways this dish can be improved. The chef could consider serving the salad or the chips in a separate bowl, this chips could be beer battered? Maybe there could be more chips, but not required... Maybe a larger, thicker, juicier chunk of meat? I'll be interested in trying the $13 parma specials on Sundays... see if the quality and quantity is comparable, but I think we have a winner here! If you're in Canberra and looking for a parma, I reckon you should come here and give this a shot, I doubt you'd be disappointed. I'm very very impressed.
