Official reviewerBrad reckons:
Yeah it was big, but it was thin and didn't taste the best. The chips also had an oven baked look about them.

A good-sized, decently-priced, tasty parma. One of the better ones I've had. I'LL BE BACK!

The whole meal looked fantastic on the plate and very appetising. It is important to me to know that the chef really cares about what his food looks and tastes like - this was delicious and melted in the mouth.

Silver reviewerKim reckons:
This parma is delicious, and I order it almost every time. The meat is tender, and nicely crumbed. The chips are nice and crispy, and it comes with a fresh leafy salad on the side. Parma nights are on a Wednesday, and they are great value at $12.00.
Spam reckons:
Walking down the creaky corridor past the old men with the 80's turntable and mic, you could be forgiven for thinking that you'd accidently walked into a retirement home (with smell to match). But then a few steps around the corner you come across the bistro. The decor is funky with a hint of retro, and I breathe a sigh of relief as for a while, I was worried I was going to be eating pea and ham soup for dinner. But enough of that, this is a parma review after all. The topping was excellent but it was pretty thin and the breadcrumbs a little soggy. I enjoyed it, but just not as much as other venues.
