  Exceptional bird, quality dish through and through. The only single negative I can give is that I've had more intensely flavoured sauces in the past. It was still delicious, but being so large I did get ever so slightly 'bored' with the flavour. Chips and salad are top notch quality too and the separation of ingredients is easily worth the inclusion of the bonus point. Definitely one of the best around.

  I first went here a few years ago and knew that did a great parma, looks like not much has changed. Parma is served on it's own large plate with chips and salad each in their own bowl, a brilliant start. Parma is huge and while the chicken was a little beaten up there is still plenty of meat to it. Cheese is great, ham is nice but a little thin, sauce is a little boring though. I think the chips were great but need more flavour, and perhaps a couple more chips in general. Salad was the only really average thing about the meal. Bonus point is for presentation and a great venue.

  Wow what a parma, it was bloody huge. It came out on its own plate with the chips and the salad in 2 seperate bowls. The parma was thick, fresh and juicy, the cheese was grilled to perfection and the chips were salted to perfection and when washed down with a cold beer, just awesome! One extra point for the service and presentation, a truly fantastic meal.

  Pricey but get what you par for. Huge parma that fills that plate then chips + salad served in seperate bowls ( bonus points) .Juicey chicken and great cheese. A smashing parma!

  Every time i have a pub meal anywhere i have a parma and this is by far THE BEST! Good size parma, good quality chicken and not just slamed on top of your chips or salad... Your chips and salad come out in seprate bowls so you just have a beautiful big parma on a plate and chips and salad in bowls on the side.

  I can't believe the Exchange has not been mentioned by now. Chicken is extremely moist and the topping is awesome. Chips are sometimes good and some times just alright. Salad dressing is good but I personally don't like the "fancy" lettuce. Venue is great on a summers day and the beer is cold. Not the cheapest venue but by far the best parma I have had to date. Shout out to the Mitre tavern in Melb. CBD also which is a close second with the same quality but nnot qute as large as the Exchange.
