  Susan reckons:

  Interesting parma at the Hotel in Cowes; interesting mainly because the napoli sauce was served on top! The parma itself was let down slightly by the chicken, which was a little dry. Chips amongst the best I have tasted. Worth a look if you're spending some time on Phillip Island.
