  Ellis reckons:

  wow. The biggest parma i've seen, and i fasted the whole day in preparation. The perfect cut of chicken with inconceivably fantastic tomato sauce and cheese on top. Points deducted for a rather oily crust to the parma and the plating, which saw a few chips escape onto the chicken (which i don't like). The chips were nothing special yet it all came together to make a wonderFUL(L) meal :P

  Delicious Parma. Premium quality meat and topping, melts in your mouth. Size was big, but not huge so it doesnt get my bonus point, but if you like quality over quantity then this parma is for you.
