  I've had many many parmys from all over Australia, and this little gem in the small town of Sorell Tasmania has by far the BEST I've ever had. The Aussie Parmy is a legendary serve with caramalised onions hidden below the cheese and an egg on top of it. Along with tomato based sauce and healthy serve of chips and salad - how could you go wrong!
