Parma reckons:
Unequivocally the worst parma I have had in my life. The parma here was dwarfed by the size of the plate (which wasn't very big). It was soggy and watery and had then caused the chips to also by soggy and unpleasant. The topping was a disgrace. Firstly, there was hardly any to speak of and the ham was salty and inedible. I had to remove it from the parma because it tasted so rancid. On top of this, there was no salad and yet they charge $25 for it? -1 point for a severe lack of value for money.

Gold reviewerScott reckons:
What a very sub-par parma for an over-inflated price. Plate looks bare with just a parma for some reason sitting on the chips when there was ample space to sit them separately. It was a filling, big meal, but everything was so bland. Flavourless chicken, crumbing, sauce, cheese, ham and chips. That about sums it up. Point lost for the un-explainable price and then having no salad. I really don't remember this place being so bad. Perhaps they aren't dealing with the holiday season so well.

Chips underneath the Parma will never get a good rating, wet, soggy, squashed...

Overall not a bad parma although for the price you would expect more bang for your buck. Parmas were fairly consistant across the table - solid meal.

Cheese topping was cold, parma crumbing was soggy not crunchy, -1 for charging a high price for an inferior small average tasting parma!!! Also ditract points for the rude wedding planner.
BIGD reckons:
when you walk into portsea, you pay the price for being in portsea!
a $25.50 parma you would expect alot more than what I got! no salad, chips that tasted like they had been kicking around for a while and the ham on top of the parma awkwardly folded so it didn't cover the entire parma!
the size and quality of chicken was good, but the topping and everything else let this meal down!
I must say the parma came out quite quickly which was good, and it did fill me up! but average price for a GOOD parma seems to be about $19 (and that comes with everything included - ie. salad!) so I'd saY I was fingered for a good $6!
I wont be back... but an experience nonetheless.. chadman's parma still owns on the peninsula thus far!
