  This parma is a bit different from the traditional parma, but I tend to order it ever time I visit. My friends love it also. It's not the largest parma around, however the chicken is very tender and succulent, and it comes decorated with a fresh green leafy salad and crispy fried sweet potato shavings on the top. It also comes with a bowl of hot crispy chips on the side.
