  This is an insult to the Parma. The salad resembles something you would feed to a rabbit (all it is is leaves from a number of lettuces). I imagine a car tyre would be more tender than this chicken, and my dogs morning feed looks more appealing than the topping on this discrace! The poor diggers at this RSL deserve better than this crap.
