  Juppy reckons:

  The best Parma I have ever had. Thick chiken nice ham good amount od Mozzarella great chips and choice of salad or steamed veg in a separate bowl. The rest of the menu is great too but, all I get is the Parma. After a parma and a pint I'm usually ready for a nap on the couch.

  At this place the Parma was huge but it was cooked slightly too long/borderline, It was most enjoyable but i would recommend to leave the salad along in the side dish, how ever the small amount that they serve on the plate was ok. The chips were seasoned very nicely and delicous and enough of them. The Cove hotel was a great modern place to dine and there parma's passes with flying colours.
