    Popo the Monkey reckons:

Note: I would give the parma size 3.5 instead of 3, but this website doesn't have the function to add 3.5. Also, subtract 1 or 2 points for quality of chips if you don't like Chicken salt on them. Great parma, but a little bit on the expensive side. The size of the parma was not too bad. It's definately larger than average, but by no means humongous. It's a bit smaller than the Coopers Inn parma for your reference. The chicken breast was thick, and crumbed perfectly with the right amount of crunch. Probably the crunchiest parma i've had - a good thing! The topping was tasty, cannot fault it. Loved it how the ham on top was crispy in places too. Can't really complain about the sauce and cheese, they were good without setting the world on fire. The chips could have turned out badly, as it was served underneath the parma. As per usual, i shuffled the meat across so my chips stayed crunchy. Personally I'm a fan of chicken salt, so loved the chips. The amount was average, but it was cooked pretty well. The chips were golden and crispy, which is excellent, I guess. Salad was VERY well presented, in a separate (square) bowl on the main plate. This ensured that the dressing did not foul up the parma. The serving of salad was good, and the dressing perfect. Not oily, but enough taste on the dressing. Good quality salad too, tasted quite fresh. I was very impressed by the presentation of the salad, and to this date, is the best salad I've seen on a parma dish. Overall this parma is okay. The price is high, but this is balanced by the high quality of the parma. I mean, you're charging $20 to a person for a parma, and most parma lovers won't wish to fork out such a sum for their dinner. But I digress... It's quite a competent parma, which could be improved by having a larger sized slab of meat, a (slightly) larger serving of chips, and a cheaper price. But otherwise, not bad.
