    Brum reckons:

    I used to make the 50 minute trek to The Leveson at least once a month back in 2008 and early 2009. Back then their parma's were probably one of the top five in Melbourne. However, with the extreme location and price of the parma (my friends and I were mostly unemployed at the time), intrinsically, my friends and I started eating at cheaper places that were closer to home. So what has happened to this parma in my three year absence? NOTHING! I can confidently say this parma is "a good parma" and delivers what it promises, having said this the critic in me still has to subtract a point due to the parma being located on top of the chips.

    Brum reckons:

    I've always remembered this parma for it's sauce, it's nothing special by any means but it has noticeably flavour which a nice change to most sauces that just muddle in with everything else. It gets an extra point for using prosciutto instead of ham and having a few cubes of feta melted on top of the cheese.

    Brum reckons:

    I hit this place up every now and then as it quite close to home. Parmas are prepared on site and you can tell the moment you bite into it from the juicey tender breast meat. Looses a point because it is served on top of chips and on average 1 in every 15 I have there is undercooked.
