Known as the "Godfather Parma" I believe it may be a specials menu and not always available- however the ingredients are nothing special and they do have a normal parma on menu so it's worth asking if it's not listed on the speicals menu. However- Hands down the BEST parma I've ever had. Stopped in for a pre-gig meal and was astounded by how well made it was; homemade sauce, hand cut ham and cheese was browned and just right. Meat quality was thick, juicy and perfectly cooked. Chips were some of the best I've had and the salad was to die for. Bonus Points for the handmade sauce which included perfectly cooked onions and sundried tomatos. Atmosphere was also excellent however as the night progressed a few more drinkers came in- so definitely get in early if you want it to remain restaurant like.

As part of a Tuesday Night special (Regular price $23, only traditional parma available). BBQ Bacon, Mexican, Hawaiian Pineapple, Bolognese and Satay varieties available on tuesdays. Excellent; size was a tad off on mine but everyone else received a decent sized parma (mine wasn't too bad, but just a tad on the small side- probably a dud schnitzel). The size does not vary from their regular parma (I have dined here before) so you're not being shafted. I had the satay, others had the Traditional and BBQ Bacon. Both the Special parmas were excellent! The Satay was full in flavour, tasty, and a decent amount of cheese. Cooked mango underneath was a nice surprise, so will be coming back again for this. The Traditional toppings were excellent, multiple layers of ham, decent amount of cheese and thick sauce. Schnitzel was well cooked, crispy and golden, thick and juicy chicken. Batter adhered well to the chicken. Chips were good in quality- approximately 1/3 were under the parma- however I like this (i know some don't), but most were gold and crispy, with soft interior and cooked fresh for my meal. Could do with a little more though- it's a blue collar establishment and we come there for a feed, however I was in no way disappointed by the quantity, just think there could've been a few more. Salad was excellent! Good amount of rich flavoursome dressing, tomato and red onion made it actually enjoyable to eat. Bonus points for availability of variety of different types. Service was A+

    Parma Disarmer reckons:

Normal Price of $23 Special Available Monday & Tuesday Special Price includes soft drink Licensed Premises- Alcoholic Beverages cost extra. When this special first began, parma quality was excellent (All 5/5). however has declined to an average level in the last couple of months (regular visitor). Chip quality is good, but could be better and slightly more volume would be good- but then again I'm a big eater so possibly biased. Meat is thick and juicy, and quality of toppings are excellent- however as i have said, they're loosing business due to the decline in quality. Customer Service could also be better- wait staff are nice but not particularly professional however i believe this issue is managerial rather than the staff themselves. Increasing the price by $1.50-2 would perhaps allow the quality/quantity of ingredients and chips to return to top quality, without disappointing customers either. Bonus Points for the variety of parmas and ability to chop-and-change +generosity (relative) of your toppings, if it's listed somewhere on the menu you can add it to one of the parma types.
