    Popo the Monkey reckons:

    The parma came out quickly - within 15 minutes, but then again, I only arrived at around 2pm. When I cut into the meat, I was dissapointed to find out that it was a little bit soggy. The skin should be fried crispy, really! The meat, while a good diameter, was quite thin. The chicken was a little bit soft, maybe like processed chicken nuggets from the supermarket. The tomato topping on top was okay. Seemed like a homemade recipe made just for the parma, could get used to it, actually. It could have been canned tomatoes with salt mixed in for all I know though. Cheese covering was a little sparse too but melted quite well.... Unfortunately no ham, either! Chip serving was adequate, quality was excellent for what was on the plate. No other salad or vegetable of any kind on the plate - I was horrified, and was considering giving it "-1" for that, but also could just as easily have given it a "+1" as it's a parma dish, salad's optional! Overall, a "competent" parma, the chef does an okay job with what s/he has got. But, still quite a long way to go to challenge the top parmas in Melbourne.
