To ensure consistent reviews from different people around the country, we have developed a set of parmigiana rating criteria. The weighting of the rating criteria varies depending on the importance of the criteria. A bonus point can also be awarded or subtracted if the person rating the parmigiana feels it is warranted. In this instance, a comment must be included explaining why the bonus point was given or subtracted from the rating.
