I wasn't expecting great things from this Parma but it was delicious. The best I've had outside of Victoria. Give it a go if you're in Hamilton Island - you won't regret it

Top marks for the spicy and delicious "salami parma" (mozzarella, napoli sauce and crispy sausage standing in for ham). Chips downrated slightly as my dining companion was of the view that they had an odd, slightly sweet, taste. Chips and salad served in separate bowls to avoid sogginess.

Another visit to Mrs Parma's. I opted for the "parmageddon" which isn't for the faint-hearted! Delicious spicy topping, good quality chicken, cheese browned to perfection. Bonus point for serving the chips and salad in separate bowls so as to avoid soggy chip syndrome, Definitely check this place out if you're in Melbourne but be warned - you may have to book.
