Rating Criteria
To ensure consistent reviews from different people around the country, we have developed a set of parmigiana rating criteria. The weighting of the rating criteria varies depending on the importance of the criteria. A bonus point can also be awarded or subtracted if the person rating the parmigiana feels it is warranted. In this instance, a comment must be included explaining why the bonus point was given or subtracted from the rating.
Parmigiana size
Out of 5Indicates the size of the parmigiana.
Quality of meat
Out of 5Indicates the quality of the chicken breast (or whatever the type of meat may be).
Quality of topping
Out of 5Indicates the quality of the parmigiana topping, the main flavour source in the parmigiana package.
Quality of chips
Out of 5Indicates the quality of the chips. While technically only a side dish, the side of chips has developed into as much of a tradition as the parmigiana itself and is standard on most plates served.
Quantity of chips
Out of 3Indicates the quantity of chips served.
Salad / vegetable rating
Out of 3Indicates quality of the accompanying serve of salad or vegetables.
Bonus points
±1A bonus point can be awarded or subtracted if the person rating the parmigiana feels it is warranted. In this instance, a comment must be included explaining why the bonus point was given or subtracted from the rating.
