"chicken"
Chips could be better. Parma topping a little bit too dry and not the best covering.

Tuesday nights @ Arcadia Hotel you get a $12 parma special. Giant chicken breast (real) which they crumb themselves and pan fry.(not deep fry) Served with a really delicious sauce and heaps of cheese. There was a generous amount of chips and not placed under the chicken so they go soggy, and they were crinkle cut chips. The salad was really fresh and crisp with just the right amount of salad dressing, and best of all it was served in a seperate bowl so no salad dressing would contaminate the chicken or the chips. The staff were also really friendly and I hardly had to wait anytime for my meal. Definetly best value parma I have ever had!
