"chicken"
Maybe it's because I already had a few beers in me at the time but this parma was even better than I remembered. I really wish I didn't have to but I can't give them full credit for those awesome chips because they still serve them under the parma. It does keep getting better though, maybe next time they will have nailed it!

Best Parma I've had in the NT so far, and it will be hard to beat. The chips were brilliant, beer battered I believe. Parma itself was made in textbook fashion but the ingredients lacked a bit in flavour, very good but room for improvement. Salad is brilliant. Bonus point for atmosphere and the night of drinking that followed!
