Tough to find a decent parma out in this neck of the woods but may just have stumbled across something. The parma conaiated of quality breast, tasty homemade Napoli and plenty of cheese coverage. Salad was pretty good and the thick cut crispy chips were outstanding. A side of aioli and dead horse for dipping complemented the dish beautifully and bonus points for the ham. Will be back again soon.
