Two for price of One meals on Monday nights at the Brighton Hotel is always busy. Parma is always excellent- on this occasion, the salsa was very sweet, which was not great. Chips on the side,good chicken, bad night with the Salsa.

it was hard not to be impressed by this parma, the chicken was large and the topping was great, in addition there were a heap of chips hidden underneath the chicken which combined to make this a pretty serious meal (especially considering it was specials night). i awarded a bonus point purely because this was my first ever 'parma and pot' special, having a beer included with your meal, regardless of its poor size, is pretty damn sweet!!

Bumped into the Bird Bandit at this venue last night. fantastic bit of chook. only fault i could put on it was the chips were served under the bird however they wernt soggy. mind you would love to know where they would fit the chips if they wernt under it. great meal.

Some may this is just a tad big but I believe this is the perfect sized parma. Although the quality of ingredients may not be the best I've tried (still solid) the flavours come together really well & is very reasonably priced (even though a mate shouted). Not always the case but establishments like that can't afford to slip in the kitchen due to plenty of surrounding competition in such a premium area & is something to keep in mind when you want to wreck some chicken!

Very good value at 14 smackers with a pot of Carlton's finest. The place was chockers. Big juicy piece of meat and great toppings. Chips and salad were passable too. Take your jacket off and get down to the Hotel Brighton son! RIP Chief

Backdated review. Awesome again. Brilliant browned cheese, great sauce, good amount of ham, huge size, wicked chips, friendly service, nice place, separate nice salad, chips not underneath. What can we say? Choice, looking forward to the next one. Bonus for the bread rolls and just the general greatness.

Awesome Parma, massive yet still thick, juicy and tender. Great sauce and cheese slathered all over it. Wicked salad in separate bowl so as not to ruin chips. And those chips....thick, perfectly crispy golden sticks of soft potato. Extra point for free crusty bread rolls and for the fact that for the same price you can get 5 different types. Worth going out of your way for. Making it a weekly thing.

Price included pot. Popular and very busy venue which was good to see and service was still reasonably fast. Chips were fries but quantity was ample. Lots of topping freshly applied as it fell off when i ate it. Very acceptable parma if your in the area but don't go out of your way.

Loved this one, good venue, very suitable to enjoy a parma and a few pints. The parma itself was put together well, a beautifully butterflyed peice of breast crumbed and cooked to perfecion. However the parma itself was a tad light with the sauce which was dissapointing. However the cheese on top was cooked and browned by a professional. The chips were fresh and crunchy and not plated underneath the parma. However another handful of chips would have gone down well. Finally the salad, I applaud places that dont mind have an extra dirty dish such as the Brighton, the salad was presented in its own bowl on the side, well done. Last but not least a bonus point for the free bread which always goes down well. It was a lovely afternoon had by all in attendance.

Really solid allround performer, visually a stunning Parma. The first place I've been to where they have actually payed attention to the Salad. Big Heart shaped parma very crispy outer juicy inner, just a touch to thin but the topping was spot on, looked as though someone actually gave a shit when they cooked and plated it. I had one yesterday and I'm going back today for another one with fellow Parma Critic Pablo.
