Stopped in to this pub for a Parma when on holiday based on reviews from this site, and was not disappointed. There were many different types of Parma to chose from, but both my mate and I went with the Tradditional Parma All I can say, is Well Done to the chef. Quality chicken, topped with layers (yes plural, not just one layer) of rasher bacon (a great tweak to the traditional recipe), a nice rich sauce and plenty of cheese. The chips were very will seasoned and thick cut, they almost tasted like there was cheese mixed with the potato? Maybe, maybe not, either way they tasted great. They were served in a side bowl on the plate to ensure they weren't polluted with stray salad dressing, which whilst maintaining purity of the chips, meant it was a small serve of chips. The salad was predominantly a nice coleslaw, with plenty of dressing and a nice substitute for the "expected" lettuce and tomato, which complimented the meal well. Overall a great meal, I was not left hungry but the meal was so good I felt like I could demolish another, a sure sign of a quality Parma.

The Brunswick has an extensive Parmi menu, and their offerings won't disappoint parmi connoisseurs. The meat and toppings are high quality and a good portion size. Salad is reliable, however serving of chips is on the small side. On the expensive end, but they do have "Parmi and Pint" night for $25 on Wednesdays between 6 and 9pm. A high quality Parmy in the centre of Hobart. (the image is from the Brunswick's website).
