"chicken"

Very well presented and really flavoursome parma. The fontina cheese was fantastic and the prosuitto was a nice touch. My issue with the parma was that although there were two pieces, the chicken was quite thin in each and so the proscuitto was a little overpowering due to the lack of chicken content per bite. I would have liked to have one piece of thicker juicier parma than two thinner ones. Overall I did enjoy, chips were delicious and crispy, as was the salad. Bonus point for T-sauce provided on the plate.
