Circumference wise, not huge but the snitty was thick! Great piece of chook and the topping was one of the best I've had with fresh tomato, bacon and very tasty cheese generously helped on top. Chips were brilliant and the side salad was of high quality. I can see why many a long bearded biker will stop by this pub for a feed. All the chow coming out was of a high standard and the parma was no exception. Nice view over the bay from the front or you can hang out the back beer garden with nice views over bushland valley and take in an arvo of live music.

the schnitzel wasn't the biggest or the thickest but the topping was quite good, had a tonne of fresh tomato in it, the chips looked and tasted great and the salad was also killer. i gave a bonus point based purely on aesthetics, easily the best looking parma i have seen. i might also mention that the catho pub do give away free drinks to people who may or may not look like celebrities, i had the pleasure of sharing my catho parma experience with one Andrew G look-a-like who very happily received a free beverage in an exchange for a photo with the girls there. magic!
