"chicken"

Went here for Wazza's farewell and was hanging for a parma. A little disappointed - no chips with the parma, only bistro salad. Topping wasn't the best I'd had, but was OK. Also the chicken wasn't a schnitzel, it was straight chicken breast. So I'm taking -1 point for no chips and no schnitzel.

now technically speaking i didnt get the parmigiana offered at central, a breast chicken parma isnt really my thing. instead i opted for the BUTCHER BOYS schnitzel which comes covered in a thick tomato sauce, about half a pigs worth of bacon and a cheese.. it was some pretty serious eating and the plate came stacked with a huge serving of chips. i didnt have any room left after finishing it to even consider going to the self serve salad bar. if youre in the area definitely hit it, i'd be prepared to call it best parma in charlestown
