Went here while staying in rosebud over the xmas break. PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT parma. Should rate much higher than it does.

Lunch here today and this is a VERY good parma. Fresh, hot, ticked all the right boxes, the chips were crispy and parma and chips did not meet. Highly recommended from me, will be back for sure. Great Location and a great town to visit on a nice SUnday as well.

This is a GREAT variation of the Traditional parma and I've rated it accordingly. Was worth the try however if your the traditional parma lover you may not see it this way. Very enjoyable variation. Chips and salad were also very nice.

parma at chadman's!<br /> this "slow" cooked parma had ALOT of thought behind it, when I say slow cooked - this parma was put together with alot of TLC.<br /> visually this parma looked the goods, it was of perfect size and cheese was melted golden to perfection. upon first cut I was impressed with this hand crumbed masterpiece which included diced bacon in the topping rather than the traditional ham (ham is something that I'm not a massive fan of so dont mind if it's missing) and a sauce blend! (as the chef put it)<br /> chips were a safe choice and always a winner and a perfect amount to fill BIG D's stomach.<br /> I must say the salad seemed to be lacking.... the effort was there, but I think chadman let himself down with the few leaves I received?<br /> I have "+1" for the free bizza, great company and well thought out / constructed parma, best parma on the peninsula!
