Great venue, good enough to take a lady to dinner and get a decent parma too. Speaking of the parma, it was better than I expected I really wanted to give it top marks but there was a few things holding it back: it lacked enough sauce on the topping and what was there was a bit plain, the chicken was a bit thin, it had fries when I prefer chips and perhaps the salad could do with a touch less dressing. The good points were great though: Chicken was well cooked, double smoked ham tasted great as did the overall parma and salad and there was plenty of chips. Bonus point for service, venue and beer selection. This place is really worth a look!

Overall first impression of the parma was good. Size, amount of chips and salad were all in order. Although there were chips under the parma, but this didn't spoil them. I didn't even mind how they were thin fries, hey... I am fairly open to new ideas. The thickness of the parma was somewhere between calista flockhart and portia de rosi but like any good lesbian, the meat was mighty tasty. The topping was interesting, the sause was basic and there was a lot of cheese but there was ham... in this case 2 wrongs made a right as the topping just seemed to work. Salad was good, just maybe abit too much dressing. Bonus Point - Finally a cafe/resturant that does a decent parma.
