"chicken"

Finding myself over in the glorious Eastern Suburbs on a wet and windy Sunday I managed to rustle up a feed. With the fine dining experience that was the Strawberry Hills Tavern still fresh in my mind I knew whatever had to follow was going to have its work cut out for it. This was a decent sized & well-cooked parma with a nicely toasted cheese & tomato topping. The salad presentation in a bowl was a nice touch. The chips were crispy but didn’t really bring much to the table. Overall a solid feed that cure my sake induced hangover from the previous boozy night.
