FACT: Cairns CANNOT dish up a decent parma!<br /> I think the chefs in cairns all follow the same cooking methods for the parma, overcook the parma for a black burnt finish and slop some piss like nap sauce with a thin layer of cheese to top it off!<br /> quantity of meal was good, salad was rad. the parma size was average and sided with a decent amount of chips (however chips tasted weird.. not a good weird either)<br /> one of the first venues I've been to that actually places each item beside each other and not dump the parma on top of the chips... but thats the only + I can give them...<br />
