Generally, a pretty decent parma. That said, my cheese allocation amounted to about two 50c coins, and another parma-goer on our table had a giant cheese mountain. I would like more predictable cheese allocation.

In comparison to the supremo parma that is the Coopers Inn parma in Melbourne...I consider this parma to be solid without being flashy. Crumbs were golden, chicken was tender and the sauce was on the money. However the ultimate crime was committed on my parma. I must have ticked the wrong box on my order sheet because obvioulsy additional cheese was an optional extra which doesn’t sit well for this parma connoisseur! Two small medallions of cheese sat atop the bookends of my parma leaving a big hole of "non-cheese" in the middle. Whilst my fellow parma munchers had a comparatively consistent spread of cheese…the cheese tide was out on mine. Poor form!!! Point deducted! Apart from that it was OK.

Whilst the parma was not bad that is the end of the good new. The staff are RUDE and the manager is of the opinion that the bar staff can treat the customers however they like as there are "plenty more where you came from". If you like a double serve of attitude and rudeness with your food and like to pay for lousy service then this is the pace for you. Otherwise AVOID! There are a lot of other pubs in Brisbane.

Good tasting parmy with a flavorsome topping. The chicken breast was of high quality. Unfortunately I felt it was a little undersized and the meal could have benefited from having more chips. The salad was very good but again a little short on the portion size.
