"chicken"

Surprising Parma. Food at this place has always been pretty bland, boring, unadventurous and standard. This Parma whilst not being the greatest parma I've ever eaten was quite decent. Snitty was pretty big but a tad on the thin side. Tomato paste topping was average but cheese was quite nice. The addition of Bacon would have made this from good to very good, but unfortunately no swine was to be seen. Chips were standard bain maree variety but I think I was fortunate to get a fresh batch so they were not too bad. Snitty was put on top of them so this was a mark-down. Salad was served nice and sepparate in a little bowl and was OK except for the square chunks of beetroot. Just weird! Overall fairly good. The bisto is improving in quality.....slowly but surely. This parma was solid.
