"chicken"

this was an all round pretty sweet parma. the chicken was a good size and i was a big fan of the topping which consisted of a chunky tomato sauce with a good serve of ham and a nice few slices of eggplant. the chips were lacking in both freshness and taste, and there wasn't a particularly big serving either. the highlight of the meal though was the excellent salad taco, whether this was the kitchens intention or not to serve it like this i dont know, but it was superb.
