Placed the order for this parma at the counter and no less than 3 minutes after I took my seat it was in front of me. Alarm bells!!! Firstly the cheese; this baby was albino, definitely needed some colour dished out to it from a hot grill. Secondly the sweet, almost dessert worthy Napoli was just too much, likely thanks to the jar it came out of. Then came a notorious parma problem, overly thick crumb! This poor chook was caked in that much makeup you could have mistaken it for a Jersey Shore character! The final fault was the chips... Although plentiful these starchy planks were the texture of a well chewed piece of hubba bubba! The good points? The chicken breast was alright though nowhere near the thickness or quality of the benchmark parmas. Bonus point was for ham. Other than that it was pretty disappointing and would avoid in the future.

A nice cheap parma but it was quite thin and there really wasn't anything too special about it. This was ordered over the bar and not in the bistro, I'm yet to try the bistro so I can't be sure if there is a difference. Overall, I won't be going back anytime soon.

Parma not placed on top of chips!!! Winner in my book! Bonus point worthy!! :) Been back for the $12 Pot & Parma on Friday lunches aswell. Cheap lunch on a fridays. coming a resident on fridays now.
