This place is a hidden gem near Chapel Street. We come here quite often and I congratulate the Chef on their exceptional consistency. The Parma size is great,made with thick chicken breast,crispy crumb,tasty sauce and good quality cheese without being greasy. Parma is served with freshly tossed salad and crispy chips cooked till perfection (I hate undercooked chips).The Parma is great value at $15 and on Fridays just for $ 10 with Chips and salad. This place is a realvalue for money.. THUMBS UP!!!!

First time at ET's Pub on Friday night and was told that they have a Parma promotion for $10, so we ordered 4 on our table. Service was quick, and when the Parmas arrived we were just SHOCKED!!!!!! It was OUTSTANDING at just $10. Good size of breast, thickeness was excellent and the meat was very tender. The thing that was exceptional was the crumb, they had used the 'japanese crumb' which was nicely flavoured with some herbs and spices. Sauce looked like made of natural tomatoes, with heaps of cheese with a nice golden top. It was accompained with nice garden salad with Balsamic dressing and the chips was great too. They were saying chips is seasoned with their Signature Salt. It was an excellent value at that price, we use to pay $22 for a Parma on the same street(don't want to give name) and we all believe this Parma was 10 times better than that. Now we'll be going frequently.. give it a try..
