"chicken"

a really good schnitzel! great size and crumbing (had clearly been really well baked) and was only let down by the salsa based parmigiana topping. the chips must have been prepared long before the chicken was ready and were barely room temp, the salad while mainly mixed leaves had quite a good dressing plenty of capsicum / cherry tomato hidden in there.
