"chicken"

It is always a great moment when a local pub changes it’s menu and adds a parma. I have attended Gilroys about 1,000,0000 times for their $10 dinners and cheap pints and had never noticed a parma on the menu but too my delight one magically appeared. This is like no other parma I have eaten before set up as more of a bowl set up then on a plate which while winning points for presentation was pretty difficult to eat. A rich mixture of chicken, boccocini cheese, sauce and ham with a delicious braised cabbage salad on top really stepped it up although as I said previously it wasn’t the easiest to eat. The oversized wedges were crispy & plentiful. Overall well cooked & tasty but clumsy to eat.
