worst parmigiana I ever had, the total meal was a disaster, and we had to wait one hour to receive our lunch. The parma was overcooked to a crisp and they pored taco sauce over it.... unbelievable.... We also had the farmers platter, the ham was pre packed low quality ham, the salami was probably a couple years old, the cheeses were nothing special and only 1 bread roll which was old..... worst lunch ever in my life and the price was ridiculous.

tea rooms are not where i normally think of having a Parma, but being such a popular meal, it has made the menue of this gippsland icon retailer. I like that it sells local beer and wine more than it as a sit down, have a meal with friends but being open 7 days a week makes it a very assessable place. Can be busy at time which can slow service a bit

The parma itself was nice, the only dissapointing thing was that it took 25mins for our drinks to be brought out. The soup was cold hence the 1 point deduction
