Wednesday's Parma Night at Hoo Haa is always popular, with our group of 11 devotees making the waiters job easy - 11 Parmas thanks. Not a menu was opened. Testament to the kitchen's skill, all 11 parmas arrived simultaneously on the now infamous chopping boards (bonus point for presentation). The boisterous table got silenced by the sight before us - a veritable sh!tload of A-grade chicken breast, capped with a rich napoli, prosciutto and cheese topping, accompanied with sizzling shoestring fries and a tangy greek salad. Chat potatoes are the regular service here which would have bumped the score up even further. Make sure you book because this joint's worth it.

Sensational, all-round parma. Double breast size really made all diners put in a grand final effort. The sauce and cheese covering was spot-on and the substitution of ham with prosciutto was an original and creative addition that really gave a tastebud party in the mouth where everyone was invited. Salad complimented very well, with goats cheese loosely featuring throughout. Nice vinaigrette. Shoestring fries were a nice compliment, although I hear chat potatoes often feature (so I'll be back). The presentation and serving on a wooden chopping board was the creme de le creme of a classic meal. Do yourself a favour, try the Hoo Haa Superparma.

Outstanding Parma. Very Large in Size, huge double breast (comes out on a chopping board!), ample amount of Napoli Sauce, with a bonus point for a slice of prushetta. This really adds to the smoky taste of the Parma. Jacket potatoes and a greek salad including goats cheese top this dish off. Best one I've tried in Melbs thus far and I've had quite a few over the past month (loosens belt)! Get on it, you will not be dissapointed!

Came out on a big kickass chopping board with delicious crisp chat potatoes. A great salad, not just some leaves on the side - it had loads of flavour. The parmy itself had good amount of topping and the chicken was delicious and tender. One of the best parmy's I've had in a long time.
