Was on a boys weekend and stopped in at Hudsons is Ballan. This Parma was made fresh, sauce was very good. Parma size and meat quality was excellent. The only down side was the chips served under the Parma, but a quick rotation and problem was solved. The Publician was a great guy,Parma was excellent. Could do with a minute or two under the grill to brown up the top but the chicken was fresh,sauce was excellent, owners great. Will be back next year for another one!
