I decided I had to tame this parma beast one more time before departing Newcastle. It was again a monster perfectly cooked with ample cheese and topping. Once again the salad was a few steamed veggies and the usual chips, however, it is clear that the focus is on the parma. I am going to miss this bad boy and highly recommend to anyone.

made my return to il volcano on the weekend and man was it impressive, just like the first time the schnitzel was absurdly sized and was absolutely delicious, the topping was much improved (although this meal did follow an afternoon of drinking so i may not be the best judge). the chips and vegies could be improved but at this venue they are really only there for appearances.. all in all a sensational parma!!

This was the mother of all parmas! A nice family owned and operated restaurant. Overall everything was great a nice amount of sauce and cheese ratio. The only thing that may need some work is the chips. Bonus point +1 for size.

Absolutely monumental sized parma, I had heard rumours but experiencing this was an absolute pleasure; quality was quite good, steamed vegies were a nice touch, bonus points obviously due to the size and also to the venue which was BYO. for any future parma goers, i was uncomfortably full for the rest of the night, very impressive indeed.
