"chicken"
The Inkerman is areal mans pub and the serve a real mans Parma. Not much attention is paid to the greenery but the Parma is big and thick and juicy . They could pay more attention to the chips and don't put them under to breast !!!!!!!. Bonus point for a free dessert on a Wednesday night even though it was packet mix wild berry mousse

Good Parma. Members at the pub get it for $11, which is excellent value. Not being a member I paid full price but it was worth it.
