"chicken"

The parma was served on top of the chips. I'm not sure why this trend is continuing, but it needs to stop. It took away from the chips, which were dusted with peri-peri sauce, adding a bit of unexpected and much welcomed spice to the chips. The salad dressing was more oil than salad, but my parma had 5 layers of ham! Not complaining, it was delicious.
