Curly chips were over fried in old oil and it tasted like the parma had been deep fried as well. Cheese was extremely oily and poor quality. Haven't eaten there since.

So the chicken was incredible. But the sauce tasted like it came from a jar. If they fixed the sauce who knows how good it could be. Curly fries were nice but mine were over cooked

Best Parma I've had. I don't know why I ever look at the menu at Jacks, because I know I'll always end up with the Parm! Excellent curly fries and fresh tasty veg are used - not out of a frozen packet. Bonus point for good quality ham on top, curly fries (amazing!) and for consistency - it's always this good. Even better on $15 long parma night.

I didn't even eat Parmas until I went to this place, but I couldn't resist the $15 parma/long neck special and the glorious curly fries. Since then I have eaten parmas at many venues and sitll rate it by far the best!

Best parma I have had in a long time. Huge serving, curly fries and sizling fresh off the pan when I got it. vegies are done properly, and they appear to use fresh ingredients. No tinned tomato paste flavour, and no pre-cooked shaved ham. Decently thick, and cooked with skill. The parma and long neck deal is great even if you don't take the long neck, and often they will do a soft drink in place.

The parma itself was quite large and perfectly cooked, the meat was juicy and tender. Proper ham was used, and the napoli sauce tasted fresh. There was an adequate amount of cheese on my parma, and it was bubbling when brought to the table. There was the option of going for a 'special' parma, which changes each week. I would have ranked the chips higher, as they were CURLY FRIES, but the parma was sitting on top of them. That being said, they were crisp and well cooked and there were LOTS. The salad was not overly soaked in dressing, and whilst not being spectacular was not bad either. Every tuesday, there is a parma and LONG NECK special available for the $15
