Some friends and I came here with big expectations after staying up in the Northern Territory a few weeks. Our expectations were not disappointed! I bought the Half Parma (Seen in attached pictures) at $14 or so. Some of my friends bought the full Parma ($25 and also in the pics - It was Huge!) The chicken was of good standard, the topping wasn't too cheesy/saucy, it was a beautiful Parma! Chips weren't squashed and the salad, though slightly undressed, was great also. The only downside is that my parma was slightly overcooked on the bottom, but it did not affect the taste...Great Parma overall!

For the middle of the desert I'd say they have done a solid job of providing a good parma. They have a variety of options, I went for the Mexican (of course) and I must say, it's probably the hottest (chilli-wise) parma I've ever had! It was awesome! If only the same could be said for the quality of the chicken (overcooked). Otherwise everything was great, but they don't deal with the holiday rush very well. Pretty long wait for food, which after a long days driving was tough to endure. Didn't want to deduct a point though thanks to such an awesome job on the chilli and jalepenos.
