Made the trip out to the old Bushwhackers and was pretty impressed, the schnittys are $10 on a tuesday and the parma topping added another $5, my schnitty was a bit inconsistent in thickness but the topping was great, plenty of chips and the salad had a really nice honey mustard dressing.. i'm giving the bushwhackers a bonus point for their el scorcho topping. One of my mates got the 'hot' el scorcho and he was quite visibly struggling through his meal, will definitely be taking on the 'fiercely hot' challenge next time around
