"veal"

This was my first venture into the top-end of parma dining. A nice deliciously cooked veal parma with a topping of grilled eggplant (which I believe is traditional) , sauce, roasted carrot, green beans and chat potatos with bocchini cheese. Overall meal size was pretty good and was a pleasure to eat. Highly recommended with a nice range of cocktails and beers.
